Are you an energetic, charismatic, and results-driven individual passionate about connecting with people and bringing brands to life? Our Brand & Trade team is actively expanding and re-evaluating its pool of dynamic Brand Promoters and Event Facilitators. We are seeking enthusiastic and highly engaging individuals to represent our brand at various activations, events, and promotional settings across Addis Ababa. This is an exciting opportunity for both experienced promoters and emerging talent to join a high-performing team dedicated to creating memorable brand experiences and fostering strong consumer connections.

Key Responsibilities:

• Represent the brand with professionalism and enthusiasm at various events, retail locations, and promotional settings, embodying its core values and message.

• Actively engage with consumers to build positive relationships, enhance brand perception, and foster loyalty.

• Clearly and enthusiastically demonstrate and explain products or services, adapting communication styles to diverse audiences.

• Proactively generate interest and excitement through compelling direct interaction with consumers.

• Address consumer inquiries thoroughly, provide accurate product/service information, and professionally resolve minor concerns.

• Distribute promotional materials and product samples effectively to maximize brand visibility and trial.

• Maintain an impeccable professional appearance and demeanor that consistently reflects the brand's premium identity.

Job Requirements

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.

• Experience: Previous experience in sales, promotions, brand ambassadorship, or customer service roles is a strong advantage.

  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage, persuade, and build rapport with diverse audiences.

  • Confident, enthusiastic, and energetic personality that naturally captivates customer attention.

  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to consumer interaction.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a dynamic team.

  • Age 21 years or older.

Availability:

• Must be available to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, based on event schedules.

• Willingness and ability to travel to various event locations across Addis Ababa.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Competitive daily wage ranging from 700 – 1000 Birr, highly dependent on performance and experience.

• Part-time, contractual engagement with flexible working days based on event requirements.
