PURPOSE OF THE JOB:

To make business analysis for various purposes on sales forecast, full goods inventory and payment and invoice.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Send updated template to the Sales team to provide report on stock, in-transit orders and next-week order.

• Capture affordability and availability data from the Sales team.

• Receive, verify, and compile report received from the Sales team.

• Distribute data to all concerned parties.

• Monitor accuracy of report received and distributed in the previous week.

• Prepare sales report on channel and brand monthly.

• Prepare sell-out report.

• Provide master data for internal users.

• Check Full Goods inventory and send analyzed data to the responsible person.

• Verify / align payments with the actual delivery of the product / order and compile the report to send to the concerned parties.

• Assist other departments in providing data as per their needs.

• Monitor functionality of Commercial ERP system.

• Assist Sales team with the ERP system.

• Build new reports and communicate periodically.

• Ensure the ISO standard implementation in the company.

• Implementing and respecting all tasks in compliance with standards and respecting all the set parameters by the system.

• Keeping records and documentations in compliance with the standards.

• Performs other related tasks as assigned by the immediate supervisor.

• The job holder is responsible to follow all SOPs and safety protocols of the company while doing his/her job.

• Attend monthly regular team meetings and share thoughts and ideas with colleagues.

Job Requirements

Educational: 

• BA Degree in Marketing or Business Management or Accounting or related fields.

Experience:

• 2 years, in Business analysis or Business information system or related activities
