Fayda Tech Solutions is seeking a Business Analyst to support software delivery projects, with a strong focus on enterprise systems and internal business workflows. This role plays a key part in translating client operational needs into clear functional requirements and ensuring smooth collaboration between clients and development teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work closely with clients to understand business processes related to finance, HR, procurement, inventory, and operations.

  • Gather, analyze, and document functional and non-functional requirements for enterprise software projects.

  • Translate business workflows into clear specifications, user stories, and process diagrams for developers.

  • Act as the main communication bridge between clients and technical teams.

  • Support project planning, scope definition, and change management.

  • Participate in solution reviews, demos, and user acceptance testing (UAT).

  • Ensure delivered systems align with client business processes and operational needs.

Job Requirements

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in software or enterprise system projects.

  • Strong understanding of business workflows commonly handled by ERP systems.

  • Proven experience documenting requirements, workflows, and functional specifications.

  • Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

  • Experience working with Agile or structured software delivery processes

Nice to Have

  • Experience working with ERP platforms such as Odoo, SAP, Oracle, or Dynamics.

  • Exposure to finance, operations, or supply-chain environments.

  • Familiarity with requirement management and documentation tools (Jira, Confluence, etc.).
