Education:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Engineering, or with related field of study

Experience:

• Minimum 5 years' experience specifically managing industrial explosive supply chains in a hard-rock mining environment.
• Proven track record of managing Chinese construction contracts (FIDIC standards).
• Experience in managing drilling teams.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Handle and coordinate all works in three major areas individually; Administration and Business, Procurement and Supply Chain, and Logistics and Customs Clearance, and possessing the corresponding skills, experience, knowledge, and education.
• Procurement & Supply Chain Strategy Management
• Cross-border Logistics and Customs Clearance Integration
• Tax Exemption and Refund Application: Apply for local government tariff reduction policies for specific investment projects.

Skills & Competencies

• Basic English communication skill & Mandarin proficiency is an advantage
• Must be able to work independently with limited internet connectivity.
• High-level negotiation skills.
• Import & Customs Expertise.
• International Mining standards.
• Contract administration.
