Job Summery 

The Business and Marketing Manager will lead the development and execution of marketing strategies to promote products and services, enhance brand visibility and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement marketing strategies aligned with organizational goals. 

• Conduct market research and identify business opportunities. 

• Manage marketing campaigns across digital and traditional platforms. 

• Build and maintain relationships with partners and clients. 

• Monitor performance and improve strategies using data-driven approaches. 

• Support sales and business development efforts. 

• Organize promotional events and networking activities.

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred). 

• 5–7 years of relevant experience in marketing or business management. 

• Strong knowledge of marketing principles and digital tools. 

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 

• Strong analytical, planning, and project management abilities. 

• Ability to work independently and in a team.
