Sunny Real Estate plc, a sister company of Sunny Steel Pipe Manufacturing plc, is looking for a skilled CAD Expert to join our team in Addis Ababa. This role mostly involves architectural drafting for our real estate development projects. The ideal candidate should have at least three years of experience in drafting and hold an Advanced Diploma or Level Four certification in Drafting Technology. This is a full-time position with a negotiable salary.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed architectural drawings and technical plans using CAD software.

• Assist in the development and modification of architectural drawings.

• Assist in the approval process at Addis Ababa building permit authority

• Ensure accuracy and compliance with building codes and project requirements.

• Collaborate with architects and engineers to refine the design.

• Maintain and update drawing records and project documentation.

• Support general architectural CAD work as required.

Job Requirements:

• Education: Diploma in Drafting Technology or in a related field of study

• Experience: 3 years of working experience
