Henosis Saving and Credit Cooperative Society Ltd (HSACCO) is legally registered organization by the Cooperative bureau of Nifas Silk Lafto Sub city. Henosis SACCOS has a vision to be ‘ one of the best SACCO in Ethiopia that fulfills its members’ economic and social needs by 2030” with mission of ‘Improve socio-economic conditions of members & other people through mobilizing saving and creating access of credit’.
Manage Calls: Answer a large volume of inbound [and/or outbound] calls in a professional and timely manner.
Customer Support: Address customer inquiries, troubleshoot issues, resolve complaints, and provide accurate information about our products and services.
Documentation: Accurately document all customer interactions, feedback, and resolutions in our system.
Meet Targets: Strive to meet or exceed individual and team performance metrics (e.g., Average Handle Time (AHT), First Call Resolution (FCR), and Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) scores).
Go the Extra Mile: Build sustainable relationships with customers by going above and beyond to ensure their needs are met.
Sales/Upselling: Identify opportunities to recommend or upsell products and services that would benefit the customer.
Qualifications and Skills:
BA degree in Marketing, Management, Cooperative management, Marketing Management, Communication, journalism or related field.
0 years of work experience with proven experience in SACCO
Strong understanding of the labor law, public relation and communication concepts.
Excellent communication and coordination skills.
Ability to work independently
