Education:
Diploma or relevant qualification in a related field.

Experience:
Minimum of 2 years experience in dispatching, call center, customer support, or related fields.
Priority will be given to candidates with experience in meter taxi call centers.

Quantity Required: 1

Duty Station: In front of Dembel City Center, besides Aberus Complex.

Working Hours: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming and outgoing customer calls professionally.

  • Dispatch taxi bookings efficiently to drivers.

  • Provide accurate information and support to customers.

  • Monitor and track drivers using GPS systems.

  • Maintain clear communication with drivers and customers.

  • Record and update trip and customer data accurately.

  • Resolve customer inquiries and basic complaints.

  • Ensure timely response to all service requests.

  • Maintain professionalism, punctuality, and reliability at all times.

  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations.
