Job Requirement
Education:
Diploma or relevant qualification in a related field.
Experience:
Minimum of 2 years experience in dispatching, call center, customer support, or related fields.
Priority will be given to candidates with experience in meter taxi call centers.
Quantity Required: 1
Duty Station: In front of Dembel City Center, besides Aberus Complex.
Working Hours: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
Duties & Responsibilities:
Handle incoming and outgoing customer calls professionally.
Dispatch taxi bookings efficiently to drivers.
Provide accurate information and support to customers.
Monitor and track drivers using GPS systems.
Maintain clear communication with drivers and customers.
Record and update trip and customer data accurately.
Resolve customer inquiries and basic complaints.
Ensure timely response to all service requests.
Maintain professionalism, punctuality, and reliability at all times.
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations.
