Duties & Responsibilities:

  1. Sales Conversion

  • Handle inbound customer calls and convert inquiries into confirmed orders

  • Execute outbound follow-ups for abandoned carts and previous buyers

  • Upsell and cross-sell relevant products

  • Close sales confidently and efficiently

  1. Lead Management

  • Follow up on warm leads within 5–10 minutes

  • Maintain accurate CRM/customer data

  • Track conversion status (Interested / Callback / Closed / Lost)

  1. Order Accuracy

  • Confirm product details, pricing, and delivery address

  • Ensure zero data entry mistakes

  • Coordinate with operations for smooth dispatch

4. Daily Target Execution

  • Achieve minimum daily confirmed orders (example: 15–25)

  • Maintain conversion rate benchmark (example: 25%+)

  • Meet call volume KPI (example: 80–120 calls/day)
