Duties & Responsibilities:
Sales Conversion
Handle inbound customer calls and convert inquiries into confirmed orders
Execute outbound follow-ups for abandoned carts and previous buyers
Upsell and cross-sell relevant products
Close sales confidently and efficiently
Lead Management
Follow up on warm leads within 5–10 minutes
Maintain accurate CRM/customer data
Track conversion status (Interested / Callback / Closed / Lost)
Order Accuracy
Confirm product details, pricing, and delivery address
Ensure zero data entry mistakes
Coordinate with operations for smooth dispatch
4. Daily Target Execution
Achieve minimum daily confirmed orders (example: 15–25)
Maintain conversion rate benchmark (example: 25%+)
Meet call volume KPI (example: 80–120 calls/day)
