  • Education: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, IT, Marketing or with related field of study 

  • Experience : 1-2 Years

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Booking Management: Assist customers with booking requests, trip modifications, and cancellations over the phone.

  • Dispatching: Match ride requests to available drivers in the local area.

  • Customer Support: Answer questions about pricing, app usage, and company services.

  • Issue Resolution: Handle passenger and driver complaints (e.g., lost items, route issues, or fare disputes) politely and professionally.

  • Driver Communication: Call drivers to notify them of heavy traffic, road closures, or special passenger requests.

  • Data Entry: Record call details and trip modifications accurately into the company's reservation system.

  • Escalation: Send complex or emergency problems to team leaders or specialized departments
