Duties and Responsibilities
Booking Management: Assist customers with booking requests, trip modifications, and cancellations over the phone.
Dispatching: Match ride requests to available drivers in the local area.
Customer Support: Answer questions about pricing, app usage, and company services.
Issue Resolution: Handle passenger and driver complaints (e.g., lost items, route issues, or fare disputes) politely and professionally.
Driver Communication: Call drivers to notify them of heavy traffic, road closures, or special passenger requests.
Data Entry: Record call details and trip modifications accurately into the company's reservation system.
Escalation: Send complex or emergency problems to team leaders or specialized departments
