Duties and Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide friendly, professional service at the point of sale.​
• Process customer transactions using cash registers, scanners, or other electronic systems.​
• Accurately scan items, verify prices, and apply discounts or promotions.​
• Collect payments in cash, credit, debit, or mobile forms and issue correct change, receipts, or tickets.​
• Redeem coupons, stamps, and gift cards according to store policy.​
• Bag, box, or gift-wrap purchases as needed.​
• Handle returns, exchanges, and refunds according to store procedures.
