Operate cash registers or POS systems to process sales transactions.
Scan goods and ensure prices and quantities are accurate.
Collect payments, provide change, issue receipts, and handle refunds or exchanges.
Redeem coupons, stamps, or loyalty points during transactions.
Greet customers and assist with inquiries or product information.
Bag, box, or gift-wrap purchased items as needed.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the checkout area.
Track daily cash flow and reconcile cash drawers at the start and end of shifts.
Education: Degree or Diploma in Accounting & Finance or in a related field of study with relevant work experience
Experience: 2 years
