Job Requirements

Education:

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Accounting & Finance or with related field of study

Experience:

• Minimum of 2 years experience

• Experience with a Cenet system or other hospitality management system is preferred.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Process dine-in and takeout orders through the POS system.

• Receive and reconcile cash, credit/debit, and mobile payments; issue receipts.

• Make accurate change and ensure cash drawer balance at shift end.

• Handle discounts, loyalty programs, and gift cards per policy.

• Confirm orders with guests to ensure accuracy before sending to the kitchen.

• Communicate clearly with teammates and managers about guest needs and operational issues.

• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed flexible shift
