Job Description:
As a Chemical Mixer, you will be responsible for blending various chemicals according to specific formulas and guidelines. Your role is crucial in ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality and safety. You will work closely with the production team to maintain efficient operations and contribute to the overall success of our manufacturing processes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Accurately measure and mix chemicals according to established formulas and production schedules.
• Operate mixing equipment and machinery safely and efficiently.
• Monitor the mixing process to ensure consistency and quality of the final product.
• Conduct quality control tests on mixed chemicals to verify compliance with specifications.
• Maintain accurate records of mixing processes, including batch numbers and quantities.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot any issues during the mixing process.
• Assist in inventory management and reporting of raw materials.
Job Requirements
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering or a related field.
• Previous experience as a Chemical Mixer or in a similar role is preferred.
• Strong understanding of chemical properties and safety procedures.
• Ability to operate mixing equipment and machinery effectively.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow instructions precisely.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Good communication skills.
