Position: Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

Institution: CPU Business and Information Technology College

Duties and Responsibilites:

Provide strategic leadership and direction for the college

Cultivate a culture of academic excellence and student centred learning

Foster collaborative relationships with faculty, staff, students and community partners

Oversee financial management, budgeting and resource allocation to ensure long term sustainability

Enhance the college's reputation and visibility through effective communication and public engagement

Promote and support initiatives in diversity, equity and inclusion

Job Requirements:

PhD or Master's in Management or in a related field of study

extensive leadership experience in higher education with a proven record of success

in-depth knowledge of academic governance, policy and current trends in higher education

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Demonstrated commitment to fosteringg diversity, equity, and inclusion

Expereince in fundraising, strategic planning and financial oversight
