Job Description

Pro Pride is a local Civil Society Organization implementing programs/projects in different parts of the country. In partnership with CARE Ethiopia and financial support of the French Development Agency (AFD), Pro Pride is in the process of launching a project titled 'Period Program Ethiopia'. The project aims at improving the Menstrual Health and Hygiene (MHH) of girls and women living in Adama and  its surrounding woredas.

This project has three pillars that intend to improve MHH knowledge among communities, change beliefs about menstruation and create demand for products through awareness raising and advocacy activities, strengthen local supply of a variety of MHH products that meet different needs through production and distribution activities, as well as improve access to and utilization of MHH friendly and sustainable facilities in schools through construction and rehabilitation of water and sanitation infrastructure activities.

The organization, therefore, would like to invite qualified and competent candidates to apply for the civil engineer vacant position

Job Requirements

Educational Qualification and Work Experience

• MSc in Civil Engineering and a minimum of four years of relevant work experience

• BSc in Civil Engineering and a minimum of 6 years relevant work experience preferably in the NGO sector
