A Site Engineer is responsible for managing and supervising construction sites, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and according to specifications. They act as the bridge between design teams, contractors, and clients to ensure smooth project execution.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Site Supervision: Oversee daily operations on the construction site to ensure work is carried out as per plans and specifications. 

• Project Coordination: Coordinate between architects, engineers, contractors, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and work progress. 

• Quality Control: Monitor construction quality to ensure compliance with design specifications, safety standards, and regulatory requirements. 

• Technical Support: Provide technical advice and solve any on-site issues related to construction methods or materials. 

• Safety Enforcement: Ensure all health and safety standards are followed on-site to prevent accidents and hazards. 

• Progress Reporting: Prepare and submit regular reports on work progress, site issues, and resource needs to project managers or clients. 

• Documentation: Maintain accurate records of site activities, inspections, and changes to project scope or design. 

Job Requirements

• Degree in Civil Engineering or related field 

• Experience in site management and construction supervision 

• Strong problem-solving and communication skills 

• Familiarity with construction methods, materials, and safety regulations 

Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
