Education:

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Technology & Management or with related field of study

Experience:

• Minimum of 2 years experience

• Experience working on large-scale building construction projects.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Prepare and implement project quality plans (PQP).

• Prepare method statements and risk assessments (MSRA).

• Prepare and follow up material submittals.

• Prepare and manage work inspection requests (WIR)

• Prepare and manage material inspection requests (MIR).

• Raise track and close non-conformance reports (NCRs).

• Lead corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) to resolve quality issues.

• Conduct inspections and ensure compliance with project specifications, drawings, applicable codes, and quality standards.

• Coordinate quality documentation and maintaining QA/QC records.

• Proven ability to effectively coordinate with: Site Engineers and Construction Teams, Clients, Consultants, Subcontractors and other project stakeholders

• Good knowledge of ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems.

• Familiarity with ASTM, BS, ACI, and other applicable construction standards.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD (preferred).
