CMA (Condition Monitoring Analyst)

The CMA is primarily responsible to analyses condition monitoring data like. S·O·S, inspections, electronic data, site conditions, equipment history and provides relevant recommendations for the customer as indicated by the data, and to act in quoting all leads and follow up the quotes till approvals with all concerned teams

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Aggregate and analyse data from condition monitoring Elements (e.g. S·O·S, inspections, electronic data, site conditions, equipment history) to Extract a clear insight about Customers Fleet

  • Prepare CM Reports and Recommendations and convert it into a proactive action to prevent/eliminate failures/downtime to customer fleet

  • Reviewing daily all Leads introduced to salesforce from CAT CM elements (INS, SOS, electronic data…. ), then convert it into quotations

  • Build collaborative relationships with Kerchanshe service and Sales teams and provide them with clear recommendations and quotations

  • Use Mantrac CRM system (Salesforce) to create and track Incremental Business quotations

  • Continues follow up on all leads quote with all concerned teams to ensure converting it into WIP

  • Spread the culture of Condition Monitoring Internally (Sales, Service) and externally with targeted customer and afford from available service which meet customer requirements

  • Ensure achieving the IB (incremental Business) targets within the BU (business Unit)

  • Carry out any other assignments as may be assigned from time to time

           For CM/CVA Customers, the CMA 

  • Assure all assets enrolled on CAT Foresight and CAT scheduling system

  • Monitor daily all Machines on CVA/CM

  • Call Customer whenever a Significant Fault is evident and provide immediate quote to rectify

  • Assure that the automated CM report to be shared with the customer monthly

Job Requirements

Education: 

  • Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering

Experience: 

  • A minimum of 5 years’ experience in service - Field service would be beneficial

  • Strong knowledge of a wide range of equipment

Tools and Technologies:

  • Strong computer skills (e.g. Microsoft office package)

  • CAT Systems (e.g. SIS, TMI, SIMSi, VisionLink, My.Cat.Com)

  • In-house software (e.g. ManPRO, Salesforce)

  • Product Link

  • SOS Reports

  • CTS Reports

  • ET Product Status Reports

  • CAT Inspect reports
