Gorgeous Solar Solution PLC (GSS) is a fast-growing renewable energy company specializing in the import, distribution, design, installation, and after-sales service of high-quality solar energy solutions. We serve residential, commercial, industrial, NGO, and institutional clients across Ethiopia.

As we continue to expand, we are seeking a dynamic, results-oriented Commercial Manager to lead our commercial operations and accelerate business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and profitability targets.

• Lead business development initiatives and identify new market opportunities.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, government institutions, NGOs, and distribution partners.

• Manage the sales pipeline, customer accounts, quotations, contract negotiations, and tender submissions.

• Coordinate commercial operations, including inventory planning, order fulfillment, and customer delivery.

• Work closely with the technical team to ensure successful project execution and customer satisfaction.

• Plan and implement marketing campaigns, promotional activities, and brand-building initiatives.

• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.

• Prepare weekly and monthly sales, operations, and performance reports.

• Lead, coach, and motivate the commercial team to achieve business objectives..

Job Requirements

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, Economics, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial management, sales management, or business development.

• Experience in the renewable energy, electrical, engineering, construction, or industrial equipment sectors is highly preferred.

• Proven ability to manage key accounts, negotiate contracts, and achieve sales targets.

• Experience with public and private sector tenders is an advantage.

• Strong understanding of Microsoft Office applications; experience with CRM or ERP systems is an added advantage.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Knowledge of Amharic is required.
