Job Summary
- Develop and implement CSR strategies aligned with AMG Holdings’ corporate values and objectives.
- Manage community relations programs and partnerships with local organizations.
- Coordinate stakeholder engagement activities to strengthen trust and collaboration.
- Monitor and evaluate the impact of CSR initiatives, ensuring measurable outcomes.
- Provide reports and recommendations to senior leadership on community and CSR matters.
- Represent the company in community forums, events, and stakeholder consultations.
Job Requirement
- Education Level: Master’s Degree (preferred) or Bachelor’s Degree in Public Administration, Development Studies, Business Administration or related field.
- Relevant Experience:
- Minimum of 8 years’ relevant experience in CSR, community relations, or stakeholder engagement.
- Demonstrated success in managing CSR projects and building community partnerships.
- Experience in corporate or NGO settings with strong project management skills.
Required Skill
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong knowledge of CSR frameworks, sustainability practices, and community development.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholder relationships effectively.
- Integrity, adaptability, and problem-solving mindset.
