Education: Bachelor’s Degree in any field of study with relevant work experience.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Oversee the day-to-day operation and maintenance of the school compound.

• Ensure the school compound, facilities, and surrounding areas are clean, safe, and properly maintained.

• Supervise and coordinate compound support staff, including cleaners, guards, and other assigned personnel.

• Monitor the condition of school facilities, equipment, furniture, and other property and report maintenance needs.

• Coordinate routine maintenance, repairs, sanitation, waste management, and other compound services.

• Ensure proper implementation of school safety, security, and compound management procedures.

• Monitor the use and availability of cleaning and maintenance supplies and request replenishment when necessary.

• Support the preparation and coordination of school events and activities requiring compound arrangements.
