Job Summary

DMC Construction PLC seeks a skilled Construction Engineer to oversee technical operations for our high-priority road construction projects. You will ensure engineering designs are executed precisely, supervise field teams, and maintain strict compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards. This role demands hands-on problem-solving to keep critical infrastructure projects on schedule and within budget.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Perform all planning, organizing, staffing, directing and controlling the construction procedure and operation of the project

• Evaluate and determine appropriate construction methods and the most cost- effective plan 

• Divide all required construction site activities into logical steps, budgeting the time to meet established deadlines

• Ensure the execution of construction projects as per the specification, drawings and bill of Quantities by getting approval from Consultant

• Consult and give due assistance to project manager, especially in construction operation

• Make sure that each activity has a clearly defined work breakdown and is organized in a way that can enable each crew to execute its targeted work

• Manage multidisciplinary teams and subcontractors.

• Ensure projects comply with safety, environmental, and quality standards.

Job Requirements

 Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil/Structural Engineering (Master’s degree preferred). 

• More than 8Years experience in Road and other related Construction projects
