Duties & Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and monitor construction projects.

• Manage budgets, timelines, and resource allocation.

• Ensure compliance with safety and building regulations.

• Preparing material list for procurement

• Coordinating activities of various subcontractors

• Preparing payment certificates

Job Requirements

Requirements:

• Degree in Civil Engineering/Construction Management or related fields.

• 8+ years in real estate/construction project management.

• Strong leadership and negotiation skills.

• Expertise in project management and data analysis tools such as (Excel and MS project).
