Duties and Responsibilities:

• Oversees day-to-day operations, including site logistics, security, and cleanliness.

• Develops and updates project schedules, coordinating the timing of subcontractor work and material deliveries.

• Conducts safety inspections, enforces OSHA compliance, and ensures a safe working environment.

• Inspects work in progress to ensure compliance with blueprints, specifications, and building codes.

• Acts as the primary point of contact for subcontractors, owners, and inspectors; runs site meetings.

• Maintains accurate daily logs, progress reports, and RFI (Request for Information) documentation.

Job Requirement:

Education: Diploma in related field of study

Experience: 4 years of relevant wok experience in asphalt/DBST construction for construction superintendent and a renewal professional license for construction superintendent
