Eznet is a non-profit organization in Addis Ababa dedicated to supporting children with cerebral palsy and developmental disabilities. We provide specialized daycare, rehabilitation, and family empowerment programs to promote inclusion and quality care.

Job Requirements

• Education: Diploma or Degree in Journalism, Communications, Marketing, or with related field of study.

• Experience: At least 1 year of experience in digital storytelling or social media content creation.

• Salary: Negotiable

• Location: Addis Ababa

Duties and Responsibilities

• Content Production: Shoot and edit high-quality videos, photos, and graphics for social media and reports.

• Impact Storytelling: Document and draft compelling success stories from families, children, and staff.

• Ethical Compliance: Ensure all visual documentation follows strict child safeguarding and informed consent protocols.

• Social Media Support: Assist the Social Media Manager in executing the monthly content calendar and communication strategy.

• Brand Alignment: Maintain a consistent visual and written "voice" that aligns with Eznet’s professional and compassionate mission.

Skills & Competencies

• Technical Skills: Proven proficiency in photography, videography, and video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere, CapCut, or Canva).

• Attributes: High level of emotional intelligence, creative writing skills, and a deep commitment to disability-inclusive care and child safeguarding.
