Duties and Responsibilities

Content Creation 

• Learn and stay updated on company products, services, and industry trends to create accurate and compelling content.

• Produce professional and engaging videos for social media, explaining products and services in a clear and attractive manner.

• Collaborate with graphic designers to enhance video content with visuals, animations, and other creative elements.

• Work with social media influencers when needed to create collaborative content and expand brand reach.

• Research industry trends and generate fresh content ideas to keep social media presence dynamic.

• Go live on social media platforms when necessary to interact with the audience in real-time. And Familiarity with social media platforms, trends, and live streaming tools.

• Perform additional tasks as instructed to support the company’s content and marketing strategies.

Social Media Management

• Develop, schedule, and publish engaging content across multiple social media platforms (TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, etc.) to promote the brand and services.

• Monitor social media channels, respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.

• Analyze social media performance metrics (engagement, reach, conversions) and optimize strategies based on insights.

• Stay up-to-date with social media trends, tools, and best practices to ensure a relevant and effective online presence.

• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop campaigns, contests, and promotions aligned with company goals.

Job Requirements

• Education: Bachelor's degree or diploma in Marketing, Communications, Media Studies, or a related field.

• Experience:

  • Proven experience in content creation, video production, and social media management.

  • Experience in handling brand social media pages and creating engaging digital content.

• Technical Skills: 

  • Proficiency in video recording and editing tools/software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar).

  • Strong knowledge of social media platforms, algorithms, and engagement strategies.

• Soft Skills: 

  • Well dressed and attractive

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Creative mindset with the ability to generate engaging and innovative ideas.

  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset.

  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
