About the Role

We are looking for a Content Creator – Photo, Video & Content Production to produce high-quality visual and storytelling content that showcases properties, promotes our agents and services, documents events, and strengthens the RE/MAX Ethiopia brand.

The ideal candidate is a creative, hands-on visual storyteller who can take an idea from concept to final production from planning a shoot and capturing compelling footage to editing polished photos, videos, Reels, and promotional content for digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute photo and video shoots for properties, agents, events, campaigns, and other RE/MAX Ethiopia activities.

• Capture high-quality property photography and videography that presents properties accurately and attractively.

• Produce engaging short-form video content, including Reels and other social media videos.

• Create video content featuring agents, including interviews, testimonials, educational content, and promotional pieces.

• Develop creative concepts and storytelling approaches for property marketing, brand campaigns, social media, and promotional activities.

• Edit photos and videos to produce polished, professional, and platform-ready content.

• Work closely with the Digital Marketing Officer, Marketing Manager, Sales Team, and other relevant team members to develop content aligned with marketing objectives.

• Coordinate and manage shooting schedules and ensure assigned properties, events, and activities are properly documented.

• Organize, manage, and archive photo and video files so that completed projects and media assets are easily accessible.

• Stay up to date with current social media formats, visual trends, and creative content styles, and introduce new ideas and approaches.

• Review content performance and use insights from high-performing content to improve future creative concepts and production.

• Ensure all visual content consistently reflects RE/MAX Ethiopia’s brand identity and professional standards.

What we are looking for

We are looking for a creative, hands-on, and visually driven content creator who can confidently handle the full content production process. You should be comfortable working on location, particularly at properties and events, and able to turn real estate spaces, people, and stories into engaging content.

The ideal candidate should have a strong eye for visual quality, be willing to experiment with new creative ideas, and be able to work independently while collaborating closely with the marketing and sales teams.

Job Requirements

Key Competencies

• Photography and Videography: Strong ability to capture high-quality photos and video, particularly for property and lifestyle content.

• Video Editing: Ability to edit professional, engaging short-form and promotional videos.

• Creative Storytelling: Ability to develop concepts and turn properties, people, and events into compelling visual stories.

• Social Media Content: Understanding of current social media formats, Reels, short-form video, and content trends.

• Creativity and Initiative: Strong creative instincts, attention to detail, and the initiative to continuously develop new content ideas.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's degree, Diploma or Certification in Marketing, Multimedia, or production

• 3+ years of experience in digital media

• Strong skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Lightroom) or equivalent editing software

• Basic understanding of branding, composition, color grading, and visual marketing

Job Requirements The successful candidate should possess a Bachelor’s Degree, Diploma, or professional certification in Marketing, Multimedia, Production, or a related field. Strong skills in digital content creation, multimedia production, social media management, communication, creativity, and attention to detail are also required.
