Oversee the preparation, review, and execution of contracts
Lead a team of contract administrators /office engineers/, providing guidance and ensuring adherence to company policies.
Negotiate terms with vendors, contractors, and clients to optimize outcomes.
Resolve disputes and claims, working closely with legal and project teams.
Maintain a centralized contract database and ensure all documentation is up-to-date.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quantity Surveying or related fields
5+ years of experience in contract administration, preferably in real estate or construction industry.
In-depth knowledge of construction project contracts and local regulatory requirements.
Strong negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.
Proficiency in contract management software is a plus.
