This role combines technical office engineering, contract administration, and tender document preparation. It supports project execution from pre-contract stage (tendering) through post-contract stage (contract administration & project control).

To ensure accurate technical documentation, proper contract management, and professional tender preparation to support project success.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Contract Administration Duties

  • Prepare and manage contracts, Bid Preparation and agreements

  • Handle payment certificates, IPCs, and variations

  • Track contract scope, claims, and variations

  • Manage change orders and extensions of time (EOT)

  • Prepare correspondence, letters, and contractual report

  • Ensure compliance with FIDIC / local contract conditions

  • Support claims preparation and evaluation

Tender Document Preparation Duties

  • Prepare complete tender documents, including:

  • Instructions to bidders

  • Technical specifications

  • BOQs

  • Contract conditions

  • Perform quantity take-offs and cost estimation

  • Prepare rate analysis

  • Collect supplier and subcontractor quotations

  • Prepare tender pricing and bid submissions

  • Support technical & financial proposal preparation

Job Requirements

  • 3. Required Qualifications

  • Education: BSc in Civil Engineering / Construction Technology / Construction Management

  • Experience: 3–5 years (depending on seniority level)

  • Experience in:

  • Building projects on consulting

  • Road & infrastructure consulting

  • Water works consulting

  • Industrial projects consulting

Required Technical Skills

  • AutoCAD

  • MS Excel (advanced)

  • MS Project / Primavera (preferred)

  • Quantity take-off software (PlanSwift, CostX – advantage)

  • Strong technical documentation skills

  • Excellent analytical & cost estimation ability

  • Contractual understanding (FIDIC knowledge – strong advantage)

  • Good communication & reporting skills

  • Time management & attention to detail
