Job Summary

The Corporate Service Division Manager is responsible for providing strategic leadership and direction for the company’s corporate services, including Human Capital & Talent Management, finance management, Procurement, Administration, General Services, and property Management. The role ensures that all support functions operate efficiently, comply with policies and regulations, and contribute to the overall organizational goals. The position plays a key role in resource planning, service delivery, and building an enabling environment for business operations.

Required Qualification

  • MA/BA: Management, Economics, Business Administration, Business Leadership, Organizational Leadership, Marketing Management or related fields

  • Experience: 10/12 years relevant experience of which 3 years on leadership position

  • Place of work: Share company head office/Addis Ababa

  • Salary: Attractive and Negotiable

  • Employment type: Permanent
