ACT American College of Technology invites qualified and competent candidates to apply for the position of Course Lecturer. The successful applicant will be responsible for delivering high-quality teaching, contributing to curriculum development, and supporting academic excellence in undergraduate and/or postgraduate programs.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Deliver lectures, tutorials, and laboratory and practical sessions for assigned courses.
Prepare course outlines, teaching materials, and assessments.
Evaluate students’ academic performance and provide timely feedback.
Participate in curriculum development and academic quality assurance activities.
Engage in research, professional development, and academic service.
Support departmental initiatives and institutional academic goals.
Job Requirements
Mandatory: MBA
Preferred: Assistant Professor rank or PhD in Business Administration or related fields
4A minimum of 2 years of relevant teaching experience in Higher Education
Strong subject-matter expertise .
Effective teaching, communication, and classroom management skills.
Ability to use modern teaching methods and educational technologies.
Commitment to academic excellence, ethics, and continuous improvement.
