ACT American College of Technology invites qualified and competent candidates to apply for the position of Course Lecturer. The successful applicant will be responsible for delivering high-quality teaching, contributing to curriculum development, and supporting academic excellence in undergraduate and/or postgraduate programs.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Deliver lectures, tutorials, and laboratory and practical sessions for assigned courses.

  • Prepare course outlines, teaching materials, and assessments.

  • Evaluate students’ academic performance and provide timely feedback.

  • Participate in curriculum development and academic quality assurance activities.

  • Engage in research, professional development, and academic service.

  • Support departmental initiatives and institutional academic goals.

Job Requirements

  • Mandatory: MBA

  • Preferred: Assistant Professor rank or PhD in Business Administration or related fields

4A minimum of 2 years of relevant teaching experience in Higher Education

  • Strong subject-matter expertise .

  • Effective teaching, communication, and classroom management skills.

  • Ability to use modern teaching methods and educational technologies.

  • Commitment to academic excellence, ethics, and continuous improvement.
