 Position: Credit and Portfolio Management Department Manager

Metemamen Microfinance S.Co is looking for a qualified and dynamic experienced professional to manage its Credit and Portfolio Management Department. 

The role includes:

  • Leading credit risk assessment and loan evaluation.

  • Monitoring loan portfolio performance and ensuring compliance with regulations.

  • Developing portfolio management strategies to minimize risk and optimize growth.

  • Training and supervising staff on credit operations.

  • Preparing reports and presenting credit risk analysis to senior management and regulators.

  • Handling client complaints and negotiating repayment arrangements.

Job Requirements

Qualifications and Experience 

  • MA/BA in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business Administration, or related fields.

  • 9/10 years of relevant experience, with at least 4 years in a managerial role in financial institutions.

Skill and Knowledge 

  • Strong knowledge of credit risk management and portfolio analysis.

  • Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.

  • Proficiency in Core Banking system and financial analysis tools.
