Qualification and Experience required

• Master’s degree or Bachelor’s degree in Management, Accounting or related fields two (2) year and three (3) years of relevant experience for Masters and Bachelor, respectively.

• Professional Qualification: Strong analytical skills

     Job purpose

• To enhance customer service excellence by introducing and customizing service quality monitoring models, setting the standards, and continuously monitoring service delivery and customer interactions with Nisir.
