Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day interactions with a portfolio of clients, ensuring high service standards.

  • Understand customer needs and offer appropriate solutions, products, or services.

  • Assist in account opening, onboarding, and documentation in compliance with policies.

  • Proactively follow up on customer inquiries, requests, or complaints until resolution.

  • Promote customer engagement by providing timely, clear, and helpful information.

  • Support business development efforts by identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities.

Job Requirement

  • Qualification: BA degree in Economics, Management,  Accounting or other related field

  • Experience: A minimum of 2 years of banking experience out of which 1 year at customer relationship officer, financing officer or equivalent role.
