The Opportunity:
We are seeking an experienced and empathetic Customer Service Agent to be the front line of communication for our clients.You will play a critical role in resolving inquiries, providing timely updates, and ensuring a positive experience for every customer you interact with.
Serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat.
Track shipments and provide accurate, real-time delivery updates to customers.
Investigate and resolve customer issues regarding delays, missing packages, or delivery instructions.
Process orders, schedule pickups, and handle billing questions.
Liaise with our courier and warehouse teams to resolve complex logistical issues.
Document all customer interactions and transactions in our system.
Go the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction and build loyalty.
Qualifications & Experience:
A minimum of 1--2 years of experience in a customer service or call center role.
Experience in logistics, courier services, or a related field is a significant advantage.
Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle stressful situations with patience and professionalism.
A customer-first attitude with a genuine desire to help.
High school diploma or equivalent; further education is a plus.
