The Opportunity:

We are seeking an experienced and empathetic Customer Service Agent to be the front line of communication for our clients.You will play a critical role in resolving inquiries, providing timely updates, and ensuring a positive experience for every customer you interact with.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat.

  • Track shipments and provide accurate, real-time delivery updates to customers.

  • Investigate and resolve customer issues regarding delays, missing packages, or delivery instructions.

  •  Process orders, schedule pickups, and handle billing questions.

  • Liaise with our courier and warehouse teams to resolve complex logistical issues.

  • Document all customer interactions and transactions in our system.

  • Go the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction and build loyalty.

Job Requirements

Qualifications & Experience:

  • A minimum of 1--2 years of experience in a customer service or call center role.

  • Experience in logistics, courier services, or a related field is a significant advantage.

  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle stressful situations with patience and professionalism.

  • A customer-first attitude with a genuine desire to help.

  • High school diploma or equivalent; further education is a plus.
