Job Summary
The job holder is responsible to enhancing customer satisfaction by serving them with due care and maximum efficiency and promoting the Branch’s resource mobilization effort by cross selling the Bank’s products.
Job Requirement
- Educational Requirements: A minimum of BA Degree holder from a recognized higher learning institution in Accounting and Finance, Banking & Finance, Management, Business Administration, Marketing Management or related field of discipline.
- Work Experience:
- A minimum of 3 years of Banking work experience as Junior Customer Service.
- Banking industry experience is Mandatory.
