Position: Customer Service Officer
Job Summary:
• The job holder is responsible to enhancing customer satisfaction by serving them with due care and maximum efficiency and promoting the Branch's resource mobilization effort by cross selling the Bank's products.

Qualification:
• A minimum of BA Degree holder from a recognized higher learning institution in Accounting and Finance, Banking & Finance, Management, Business Administration, Marketing Management or related field of discipline. A minimum of 3 years of Banking work experience as Junior Customer Service Officer or more in relevant position is Mandatory
