Shaggar BPO Enterprise is recruiting motivated women to join its Customer Service Program. Selected applicants will undergo structured training followed by assessment. Candidates who successfully meet performance standards will be entered into the Shaggar BPO talent pool for possible placement in future customer service roles.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer inquiries through phone, chat, email, or other communication channels in a professional manner.

  • Provide accurate information about products or services and assist customers with their requests.

  • Respond to customer concerns and complaints promptly while maintaining professionalism and empathy.

  • Maintain clear and effective communication with customers in one or more languages.

  • Record customer interactions accurately and maintain proper documentation when required.

  • Follow company communication standards, policies, and service procedures.

  • Work collaboratively with team members to ensure customer satisfaction and service quality.

  • Maintain punctuality, professionalism, and adherence to assigned schedules.

  • Continuously improve communication and service skills through feedback, training and performance reviews.

  • Represent the organization professionally when interacting with customers.

  • Meet assigned performance and service quality targets.

  • Adapt to different customer service tools and digital platforms.

  • Support multilingual communication needs
