We are looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused Customer Service / Sales Support Representative to provide administrative and sales support to our sales team while delivering excellent service to our clients. The ideal candidate will assist in processing orders, responding to customer inquiries, and ensuring overall client satisfaction.

Salary/Compensation: Monthly

Duties and Responsibilites:

  • Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat.

  • Assisting clients with their Training journey to ensure their development experiences meet or exceed expectations.

  • Addressing and resolving customer complaints and issues promptly & following up with customers

  • Providing detailed information about our products.

  • Approaching Customers (Leads) and supporting the sales team

  • Collecting Customer feedback & Collaborating with team members to improve service delivery and customer experience.

  • Maintaining accurate customer records and transaction details.

Job Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Accounting, or any Business field

  • Expereince: Previous experience in a customer service role, with a minimum of 1 year of experience.

  • Familiarity with Computer software’s
