ABOUT THE JOB

POSITION: CUSTOMER SERVICES ASSOCIATE

EMPLOYMENT TYPE: PART-TIME

SUMMARY OF KEY FUNCTIONS

Handles passenger inquiries through telephone, email and social media and provides correct and up-to-date flight information for Ethiopian and other carriers in a timely & appropriate manner. 

Job Requirements

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

• Successful completion of SOM training in EAA (Airport Passenger Handling, Ticketing and GCC)

• Had work experience in ET as Part-time Agent

• The applicant shall have a regular job in another institution or shall be a full-time student 

NB: Age limit: 18-35 years old inclusive for External applicants.

LANGUAGE 

• Knowledge of ET working language English is mandatory and other foreign languages are desirable
