The Customer Service Officer is responsible for providing high-quality support to job seekers and enterprises, ensuring a seamless experience across the HaHuJobs platform. This role requires a blend of empathetic communication and proactive problem-solving to address user inquiries, facilitate platform adoption, and maintain high levels of user satisfaction.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Manage and respond to customer inquiries professionally through various channels, including phone calls, Telegram, and email.

  • Guide candidates through the end-to-end process of profile completion and provide technical support during job applications to enhance their user journey.

  • Support partner companies with basic account configurations, vacancy postings, and platform navigation to ensure their hiring needs are met efficiently.

  • Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve user technical or procedural issues, escalating complex matters to the relevant department when necessary.

  • Build and maintain positive relationships with users by providing timely, accurate, and helpful information.

  • Monitor the user experience on the platform to identify friction points and ensure all interactions align with HaHuJobs' service standards.

  • Track common user inquiries and platform issues to provide regular feedback and reports to management for service improvement.

  • Maintain an up-to-date understanding of platform updates, new features, and company policies to provide accurate guidance to users.

Job Requirements:

  • Education: Possession of a Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in a relevant field.

  • Experience: 0 -2 years and Proven experience in a customer service, helpdesk, or administrative support role is preferred.

  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Amharic.

  • Technical Proficiency: Strong basic computer skills and familiarity with digital communication tools (e.g., Telegram, email suites, and web-based platforms).

  • Soft Skills: A customer-focused mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to remain patient under pressure.

  • Organization: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and user
