Job Requirements

Qualification

• BSc in Civil Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Construction Technology, or Materials Engineering. 

Work Experience

• Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in technical support, quality control, production, project engineering, customer service, or technical operations. 

• Experience in manufacturing, construction, industrial products, building materials, chemicals, engineering services, or related sectors is advantageous. 

• Experience in conducting product testing, field evaluations, inspections, commissioning, or technical assessments is preferred. 

• Experience in customer support, technical troubleshooting, and problem resolution is an advantage. 

• Ability to provide technical guidance and support to customers and internal teams.
