The Data Analyst / Statistician will transform user, job market, and platform data into actionable insights that drive product growth, user engagement, and strategic decision-making. The role focuses on analytics, dashboard development, reporting, forecasting, and cross-functional data support.

Duties and Responsibilities

Data Collection & Quality Assurance

• Collect, clean, organize, and validate large datasets from internal systems and external sources

• Maintain data integrity across recruitment, engagement, and operational databases

Analytics & Reporting

• Develop dashboards, scorecards, and analytical reports on platform performance

• Monitor KPIs such as user growth, job posting trends, and application success rates

• Provide insights to Product, Marketing, and HR Solutions teams

Forecasting & Predictive Modeling

• Support forecasting for user demand, job volumes, and labor market trends

• Conduct predictive analysis to anticipate platform usage patterns

Business Insight & Stakeholder Support

• Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Sales, and Operations teams

• Present insights through clear visualizations and reports for technical and non-technical audiences

Automation & Process Improvement

• Automate reporting and analytical workflows

• Recommend data-driven platform and user experience improvements

• Support data governance and documentation standards

Job Requirements

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Statistics, Data Science, Economics, Computer Science, or related field

• 2–5 years of experience in data analysis or business analytics (experience in tech or HR tech is an advantage)

• Strong SQL and relational database experience

• Advanced Excel and BI tools knowledge (Power BI, Tableau, or Looker)

• Experience with Python or R is preferred

• Strong analytical, statistical, and data visualization skills

• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement ability

• High attention to detail and strong quality control mindset

• Ability to manage multiple analytical projects simultaneously
