About the Job
The Data Auditor will play a critical role in data governance. They will be responsible for cross-referencing field submissions (forms and store photos) via WhatsApp to verify that the outlets have been correctly classified. Each auditor will be assigned a specific group of sales representatives and territory to audit on a daily basis.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
Daily Data Verification: Review the channel definitions submitted by the assigned sales representatives for 30 stores per rep, every day.
Visual Proof Auditing: Cross-check the submitted digital forms against the attached store photographs to ensure the physical reality of the store matches the newly assigned channel definition (e.g., verifying if a store classified as a NG small or NG large actually operates as one).
Variance & Finding Tracking: Identify, document, and flag any discrepancies, misclassifications, or anomalies between the sales team's field assessment and the visual evidence.
Real-timeCommunication: Actively manage and participate in designated WhatsApp audit groups to provide daily feedback, highlight variances, and resolve alignment issues with the sales team.
Daily Reporting: Maintain a clean log of findings and share daily summary reports of approved vs. disputed outlet definitions with the project lead.
Turnaround Time: 100% of the assigned daily sales reps' submissions audited next day.
Accuracy Rate: Zero-tolerance for misclassified outlets passing through the audit gate.
Compliance: Ensuring every single one of the 30 daily store visits per rep includes both the mandatory filled form and clear photographic evidence.
Job Requirements
Qualifications
Experience:
Previous experience in FMCG, sales, marketing, Activation, brand ambassadors, Route-to-Market (RTM) data management, or market research is highly preferred and any IT related experiences.
Technical Savvy:
High proficiency in using WhatsApp for business coordination, mobile form applications, and basic Excel/Google Sheets/Kobbo for logging findings.
Attention to Detail:
Exceptional visual and analytical skills to spot subtle differences between channel definitions (e.g., distinguishing between a Large Grocery, Mini-Market, or NGS from a photo).
Communication:
Strong, polite, and direct communication skills to call out data variances with the field sales team.
Speed and Stamina:
Ability to handle high-volume visual data processing on a strict daily timeline.
