In partnership with Save the Children International, eCom is implementing the Integrated Immunization Support System (IISS), an innovative digital health initiative designed to improve routine childhood immunization through mobile-based reminders, Health Extension Worker (HEW) support tools, and digital health education.
As part of the project, eCom Technologies PLC is conducting a baseline mixed-methods assessment in selected woredas of Oromia and Amhara regions to assess immunization coverage, caregiver knowledge, health system readiness, and HEW capacity before implementation of the intervention.
To support this study, eCom Technologies PLC is seeking qualified, motivated, and experienced Data Collectors (Enumerators) to conduct field data collection.
Selected woredas in Oromia and Amhara Regions with frequent travel to rural kebeles.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
The Data Collector will work under the supervision of the Field Supervisor and Project Coordinator and will be responsible for collecting high-quality quantitative and qualitative data according to the approved study protocol.

Reporting Line
The Data Collector will report directly to the Field Supervisor and work under the overall guidance of the Project Coordinator and Principal Investigator.
