• Perform routine quality checks and cross-reference data against source documents.

• Maintain confidentiality and secure sensitive information according to policies.

• Generate reports and summaries based on encoded data for various departments.

• Assist in digitizing paper files by scanning and indexing for electronic storage.

• Follow established procedures to ensure data integrity and support operational efficiency.
