The Data Encoder is Responsible for:-  

• Entering Different Data’s on systems accurately 

• Input, update and maintain or delete records in databases, spread sheets, or Erp system. 

• Reviewing documents for errors or missing information before and after entry. 

• Convert paper documents, invoices into structured digital formats  

• Utilizing technology (tablets, apps, etc.) to accurately manage data. 

• Maintaining a clean and professional appearance while representing the company. 

• Collaborating with the research team to ensure accurate data encoding and reporting.                                                                                                       

Job Requirements

Requirements   

• Strong communication skills and confidence in interacting with people. 

• Proficient in using Microsoft tools and systems also database management softwere  

• Interest in learning and developing new skills. 

• Willingness to work full-time 

• Experience in a similar role is preferred but not mandatory. 

• A clean and outwardly professional appearance. 

• Attention to detail 

• Applicants should be around sarbet and near to that area.  

Education:-  BA or BSC in any Field 

Benefits  

• Gross  Salary :-  9,000.00(Nine thousand Birr Per Moth)  

• Transport allowance: 600 per month  

Place of work: Addis Ababa, around ‘sar bet’
