Job Requirements

Qualification

• B.A. or M.Sc. in any business-related field from a recognized institution.

Experience

• Minimum of 10+ years in Import & Export, Merchandising, and/or Construction, specifically in a Deputy General Manager role.

Skills

• Strong abilities in business, financial, and risk analysis.

• Proficient in strategic and operational planning, including budgeting.

• Skilled in professional report writing and delivering presentations.

• Experience conducting performance appraisals of the company and its resources.

Responsibilities: 

• Oversee strategic planning and day-to-day operations. 

• Manage human capital and procurement. 

• Handle company assets (both fixed and non-fixed). 

• Supervise import, export, construction, and local sales activities. 

• Represent the company in the absence of the General Manager
