Duties and Responsibilities

• Develop and present conceptual architectural designs that meet client goals, regulatory standards, and aesthetic considerations.

• Create detailed architectural drawings, plans, elevations, and specifications using CAD and other design software.

• Research and ensure compliance with zoning laws, building codes, and safety regulations.

• Select appropriate materials, finishes, and construction methods to optimize functionality, sustainability, and cost-effectiveness.

• Collaborate closely with clients, engineers, contractors, and consultants to integrate all project aspects.

• Produce and revise design proposals based on client feedback and project constraints.

Job Requirement

Education: Bachelor's Degree in Architecture and Design, Interior Design or in a related field of study with relevant work experience

Experience: 2 years
